Robert Pot (Netherlands) studied with Thies Roorda and Koos Verheul. He attended many masterclasses such as William Bennett's, Trevor Wye's, Geoffrey Gilbert's and Robert Dick's.

He is a specialist in chambermusic and was a member of the "Nicolaï Consort". Together with Rudolf Döbler - flute player in the Rundfunk Orchester of Berlin RSB - Robert Pot has formed a flute duo with a program for flute, altoflute, bassflute and piccolo in various combinations. Music is played that ranges from the renaissance to contemporary music.

Since March 2002 he has taught with Rudolf Döbler during the "International Flutecourse in the Black Forest" in the city Oppenau in Southern Germany.

As a teacher he developed an unconventional way of teaching based on Russian learningpsychology. Since September 2003 Robert Pot is active with intensive flute lessons for professionals and advanced amateures in Stuttgart, Karlsruhe, Konstanz and Wachenheim an der Weinstrasse.
